Description

Help to even more greatly prevent and solve crimes in your neighborhood by adding powerful, yet socially responsible, Facial Recognition capabilities to your existing or new Project NOLA Crime Camera crime camera. Averaging 99% accuracy regardless of skin complexion and adverse lighting conditions, Project NOLA's Facial Recognition platform may instantly alert Project NOLA staff, school administrators (when applicable), and local law enforcement (when applicable) upon the Real-Time detection of a known: dangerous person, wanted felon, or a person listed on a school blacklist. By receiving data from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Project NOLA's Facial Recognition platform may also automatically alert upon the Real-Time detection of a missing child.

Respecting the privacy of all, Project NOLA's Facial Recognition platform is entirely operated in-house, gathering data from out own network of Facial Recognition Crime Cameras, which is processed on servers located within our own National RTCC, then only retained for a period of one month. Project NOLA is not connected to big data, does not "scrape" facial data from social media sites, and we do not sell or share data with 3rd parties.

Project NOLA's Facial Recognition platform is an extremely invaluable tool used to locate and track criminals, kidnap victims and missing persons in Real-Time. All other faces scanned by our Facial Recognition system are disregarded and automatically wiped from server memory.

NOTE: Due to strict privacy, police procedure and other concerns, please kindly note that Project NOLA is not at liberty to issue automated Real-Time Face-Match alerts to camera hosts, except possibly upon special circumstances that may include: Face-Match notifications of a person banned by a school principal to school administrators; Face-Match notifications of a previously banned subject to a business's management; And Face-Matched notifications of a known subject violating a Restraining Order to the victim/ survivor. Project NOLA Facial Recognition is presently not offered within the State of Illinois, due to a state-wide ban there.
